In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Use of the rvvip2 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied in full at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period in which you hold an active Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rvvip2 enforces a strict minimum age policy in line with the standards applicable to international online gaming platforms serving the Indonesian market. Documentary evidence of age will be required during the KYC process.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of rvvip2 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment service providers.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not currently be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion arrangement on the rvvip2 Platform or on any other gaming platform from which rvvip2 has received a reciprocal exclusion notification.

rvvip2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by rvvip2 support staff will result in Account suspension pending further review.

To access the full range of services available on the rvvip2 Platform, you must complete the registration process via the rvvip2 Login page and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in all required fields, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (KTP or passport)
• Date of birth
• Residential address within Indonesia
• Active mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia
• Valid email address to which you have exclusive access
• Preferred local bank account details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, or OCBC NISP) or registered e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja)

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rvvip2 Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. rvvip2 will never contact you to request your password by any means. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified rvvip2 of a suspected unauthorised access event prior to that activity taking place.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact rvvip2 support immediately at [email protected] so that your Account can be secured. rvvip2 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to report the suspected breach promptly.

Account Verification (KYC)

rvvip2 operates a mandatory KYC programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. Before your first withdrawal is processed — and at any subsequent point where rvvip2 deems it necessary — you will be required to submit:

• A clear colour copy of your national identity card (KTP) or valid Indonesian passport
• Proof of residential address issued within the previous three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your registered name)

KYC verification is typically completed within one business day of document submission. rvvip2 reserves the right to extend this period in cases where additional verification is required.

Deposits

All deposits to your rvvip2 Account must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via one of the approved payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. rvvip2 currently accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP bank transfer, as well as via the following e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method, Account status, and applicable promotional conditions. rvvip2 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges, for which rvvip2 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits made from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name will be declined and returned to the originating account. Third-party deposits — whether from a family member, friend, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment account used for the corresponding deposit. If your deposit method is no longer active, you must contact rvvip2 support to arrange an alternative withdrawal route subject to additional verification. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Same business day for requests submitted before 20:00 WIB; the following business day for requests submitted after 20:00 WIB.
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): Within two hours of approval for requests submitted during standard support hours.
• Accounts pending full KYC verification: Withdrawal processing is suspended until all required documents have been submitted and approved.

rvvip2 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 50.000.000 per transaction or Rp 200.000.000 in aggregate within any rolling 30-day period. Such checks may extend processing times beyond the standard timelines stated above.

Currency

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rvvip2 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any transfer received in a foreign currency will be declined and returned to the originating account at the sender's expense.

rvvip2 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and a general term in this clause, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification, unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only, unless the promotion expressly states that it is a recurring or reloadable offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met exclusively using real-money funds; wagers placed using Bonus Funds do not count toward the wagering requirement unless expressly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• rvvip2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect any offer that a Player has already commenced wagering activity toward.
• The use of automated betting tools, arbitrage strategies, or any coordinated group activity to exploit bonus offers constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion, all bonuses issued by rvvip2 carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. Qualifying wagers must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or greater on sportsbook markets, or on slot games with a contribution rate of 100%, before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Live casino, roulette, baccarat, and table game wagers typically contribute at a reduced rate as specified in each promotion's terms.

Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian calendar events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek) — are subject to the same general bonus conditions unless their individual promotion pages explicitly state modified wagering terms. All players must be 21+ to participate in any promotional offer.

All sportsbook bets, casino wagers, and other gaming transactions placed on the rvvip2 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, which are displayed within the Platform at the point of play. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. rvvip2 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, subject to notification to the affected Player.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, game, Player account status, and time of day.
• Live Betting: In-play sportsbook wagers are accepted subject to availability. rvvip2 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time, including during periods of high traffic or where market integrity concerns arise.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, rvvip2 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to Players. No winnings arising from a demonstrably faulty game outcome will be paid.
• RNG Certification: All slot and table game random number generators on the rvvip2 Platform are independently audited for fairness by recognised international testing laboratories. Certified RNG reports are available from rvvip2 support upon request.

For specific rules applicable to togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and sportsbook mix parlay (accumulator) betting, please refer to the rules section within the relevant product area of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rvvip2 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where legally permissible, referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authority:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with rvvip2
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or tax evasion
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from rvvip2
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or pricing errors for financial gain
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in any live casino, poker, or multiplayer game format available on the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the rvvip2 Platform, its software, or its content
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rvvip2 staff, support agents, or other Players in any communication channel

All content on the rvvip2 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, software, game content licensed from third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), text, data, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of rvvip2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content for any purpose other than your own personal use.

Any unauthorised use of rvvip2 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rvvip2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance downtime
• Losses arising from your reliance on any game or betting information, statistics, or odds displayed on the Platform
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Any loss resulting from a Force Majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages, cyberattacks, or internet service provider failures

In all circumstances where rvvip2 is found to bear liability, the Company's aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total net deposit amount made by that Player to their rvvip2 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rvvip2's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

rvvip2 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at rvvip2.net/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

rvvip2 will not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties without your express consent, except where such disclosure is required by applicable law, a court order, or a lawful request from a regulatory authority. Data shared with payment processors (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay) is limited to the information strictly necessary to process your financial transactions.

rvvip2 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered members at no charge and without requiring justification:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that restrict the total amount you can deposit within the specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration controls that automatically log you out of the Platform after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Check Notifications: On-screen alerts displayed at intervals of your choosing to remind you of the duration of your current session and your net position for that session.

rvvip2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rvvip2 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms come into effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of the rvvip2 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and the withdrawal of your remaining balance by contacting rvvip2 support prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rvvip2 holds its international gaming licence. The parties expressly exclude the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. A Player wishing to initiate a dispute must submit a written complaint to rvvip2 at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". rvvip2 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 calendar days of the initial written complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral institution designated by the applicable licensing authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
